Long Beach and salt

Last year I borrowed a hose and washed everything down at the race site including my trailer, still had some rust appear on the trailer. Didn't do anything special with the motor, maybe it's apart and together so much doesn't have time to corrode. I going to try to bring a hose this year.

I'd recommend a good bath with a pressure washer, like a car wash. When I lived in FL, all the boats used galvanized or aluminum trailers, so you only had to worry about the axles, hubs, etc. Eventually, everything goes to hell though, especially wiring.
