Well.... The entire right hand side of the river was available to the 234. Why is he driving across all lanes from pole position to the left? Yes that is the 007 and the 234 starting side by side, looks like one boat from the beach start cause the 234 kept pushing the 007 to the left instead of driving up river. I really don't get why you are posting stuff Keith when you were not there to see what happened? If you have an issue with me, I expect you to come to me directly.

My first post was deleted, this one may be deleted as well. The pole boat has earned the right of way until he is safely passed. What may not be understood is that the the lead boats may use the whole river since there is no oncomming traffic to avoid. This was covered in the drivers meeting for those of you paying attention. Since the shortest path upriver is the left from the beach that is exactly where I was headed, had every right to go there. I believe Todd, or whoever was driving the 18 Boat did not realize this and felt compelled to stay on the right side of the course. I modified my line to avoid running into his red zone. I think if either Mike, or Todd were aware, they would of went to the left side where there was plenty of room. As to the thought of: there was plenty of room on the right side of the course, why didn't you go there for the pass?

Great race. What issues did the 234, 34 and 377 have. They all looked to be in the lead hunt and then the announcer stopped talking about them with no explanation as to what happened.

Definitely a great race, our second time racing it. We put in a lot of time and testing with some luck. The Baker wasn't running to many boats down but did run consistent. I believe the 234 had fuel issues at the very end of the race. I think the 34 broke a rod towards the end of the race. Couldn't find a 377 boat?

Div 2 boats where running strong. The 2.0 liter formula always puts this class in contention for top ten finishes. DaBull we need to get you back out again to the race.

I believe the 34 and 48 Stokers, with 2.5 liters, running in div 5 both had the speed to win but both boats ran into mechanical issues early and often in the race. I am sure they must have been disappointed.

Mike i sure do miss that place. One day i hope. It`s on my bucket list. I have about five guys here all fired up after i showed them the vids on you tube.

I have a Baker for sale. That's right I'm getting rid of it. Everything originally what I got for it plus trim pump, setback, vest and the new legal Helm. Minus the midsection. 4,000 OBO. I'll right out a bill of sale. Come get it.

Thanks for clarifying Propman. I too had wondered why the pole boat was coming so hard to the middle of the course. Based on your understanding of the comment it makes sense now. My understanding was that we could cross the center line if needed on the start, but we couldn't do it to cut any of the corners. I think I like your interpretation better as it would have allowed us a huge advantage on the rest of the field. I apologize if you felt I made you alter your intended line at the start. Nice thing about the enduro, we can all feel slighted at one time or another but at the end of the day it wasn't the deciding moment. Until next year.
